Your "Extended" Eye Examination
Our aim is to provide you with a thorough "Extended" eye examination. We call it "Extended" because we now carry out a more thorough eye health check than you would traditionally expect.
For example, we now use digital retinal imaging to record photographs of the back of your eyes each time you visit us, so that we can compare the results and detect any tiny changes quickly in the future.
We are now also able to offer you the Optomap Retinal Scan. This new technology allows us to see in detail, a much wider area of your retina than ever before.
By thoroughly explaining the results of your eye examination and discussing any issues you may have about your eyes, you can rest assure that your eyes are being well looked after.
As part of our clear price policy, we do not discount the examination fee as a way of attracting you to purchase spectacles or contact lenses. The eye examination fee is based on the time, expertise and experience of our optometrists.
