Finally, each day ask yourself...  Do my eyes look good, feel good and is my vision clear?

If you cannot say 'yes' to all of these, remove your lenses immediately and seek the advice of your contact lens practitioner. If it is out of hours, please contact your local hospital eye department for emergency advice.

Contact lens tuition

During your contact lens fitting appointment, your practitioner will have a 30 minutes contact lens tuition session with you, or it may take several visits depending on how well you get on. Remember that we have all the time and patience needed to get you successfully wearing lenses, so there is no rush.  During your tuition, please ask questions if you need to clarify anything, we want you to go away confident about handling your lenses.

Putting in your contact lenses - Tips

Tip 1 - If your lens sticks to your finger, try drying the tip of your finger with a lint free towel.

Tip 2 - If your lens just will not settle, try 'move 'n' blink'. Still not happy - remove and check that it is not inside out!
